• Your order will be confirmed by email within ?1 working day? of the order being placed
• No contract will be formed until the order has been confirmed by us to you by e-mail
• C V Fitness Ltd reserve the right to refuse the order until the contract is formed

• Delivery is restricted to mainland UK. For all other enquiries please contact your nearest branch. See store locator for details or email cvfitness@meridauk.com.
• All deliveries must be to the billing address of cardholder. In all other circumstances please contact your nearest branch
• Delivery charges are on an 'each item' basis. Please check for each product or e-mail us for confirmation
• Many products are delivered free of charge see individual items or contact us for clarification
• Delivery charges on products bought online are not necessarily the same as orders placed through our shops.  For orders placed via the shops delivery charges may vary
• All deliveries will arrive within 28 days of order, however we endeavour to get all deliveries to you within 10 days of order
• Installation charges vary depending on the complexity of the products. Installation charges are quoted at point of purchase

• All prices include VAT @ 17.5% where applicable

• Almost all products carry a manufacturer?s parts and labour warranty. This is listed under product information

• Where customers are in receipt of ?unwanted? orders, they have a 7 working day cancellation period. This 7 working day cancellation period starts the ?day after? the day the goods are received
• The above request for cancellation must be made in writing to: C V Fitness Returns, Unit 13, Nottm South & Wilford Ind Estate, Ruddington Lane, Nottingham. NG11 7EP
• Goods can only be returned if they are in a ?re-saleable? condition
• Any goods that were given ?free of charge? in connection with the main product being returned must also be returned
• There will be a collection charge for all goods
• Collection charges can be supplied in advance if requested
• Installation charges are not refundable
• C V Fitness has 30 days, starting the day after cancellation, to refund the full amount
• Reasonable access for collection must be given to C V Fitness 
• Where the goods are returned at the customers? expense, the customer must ensure that the goods are fully insured against loss or damage, as they will remain the customer?s responsibility until received and signed for by C V Fitness Ltd
• C V Fitness will endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 working days

• All goods remain the property of C V Fitness Ltd until paid for in full

• C V Fitness Ltd views privacy and secure shopping as top priorities for our customers. We guarantee the privacy of your personal information and provide credit card security so you can browse and buy with confidence
• We won?t give anyone else your details. Your information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Fitness Network only collects the information required to process your order, which includes; your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date
• Your information is considered confidential and will not be shared or sold to outside organisations
• Fitness Network will use the personal information you supply to provide you with order, product and service information
• You will not be automatically put onto Fitness Network?s mailing list. When your order details are confirmed by telephone you will be given the chance to ?opt into? our ?postal ?mailing list
• Should you wish to join our ?E-mail? mailing list go to our Newsletter section to subscribe
• To ?opt out? of our ?E-mail? mailing list at any time go to our newsletter page and follow the ?unsubscribe? instructions
• If you enter a competition, we will ask for your name, address and e-mail address so we can administer the competition and notify all winners
• Because we want to make your and other customers shopping experience as enjoyable as possible we use your purchase information to shape our product portfolio and recommendations
• If we have new or promotional products that we feel might be of interest to you we will notify you
• We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to our website, new services and special offers we think you'll like

• We will endeavour to make price changes as soon as we have them however price and availability of products is subject to change without immediate notice
• Neither C V Fitness Ltd nor any of its employees will be liable for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made; for losses that were not caused by breach on the part of the supplier; for business losses and/or losses to non consumers
• By purchasing a product you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions
• None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer
