In total the companies employ 20 staff, including world champion rowers, numerous fitness fanatics, squash players and cyclists.
Eight of the staff rowed a 100,000 metre challenge for Sport Relief. They completed the distance in 5 hours 29 minutes and 8.7 seconds. For those of you familiar with a Concept 2 Indoor Rower, that is averaging a stroke rate of 1:28 (for those unfamiliar - that is very quick!)
